Delete Your LPG Go Account

Deleting your account from inside the app

1. Open the LPG Go app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Profile → Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

You must complete or cancel any order that is still in progress before you can delete your account.

Requesting deletion without the app

If you can no longer sign in, or you have already uninstalled the app, email support@lpggodelivery.com from the mobile number or email registered to your account, with the subject line "Delete my LPG Go account."

Include:

• the mobile number registered to the account, and
• your full name as it appears on the account.

We will verify your identity before acting on the request, and confirm once the deletion is complete. We respond within 15 working days, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, mobile number, delivery addresses, and profile photo — within 30 days
• Your saved delivery locations and preferences — within 30 days
• Your sign-in credentials — immediately
• Your chat messages — within 90 days of the related order completing
• Your loyalty status and any unredeemed promotional benefits — immediately
• For Providers: your accreditation documents, after the retention period below

What is kept, and for how long

Some records cannot be deleted immediately because they are required for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. These are anonymized — stripped of anything that identifies you — and retained as follows:

Order and payment records are kept because Philippine tax and accounting rules require books of accounts and supporting records to be preserved for ten years. Once a retention period expires, the records are securely destroyed.

Important

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will not be able to sign in, and your order history, loyalty tier, and any promotional benefits will be lost. To use LPG Go again you would need to register a new account.
